TRUECLEAN is an independently owned and operated, specialist Carpet, Upholstery, and Hard Floor Cleaning Services Company. Based from Southwater, near Horsham in West Sussex, we serve both Residential and Commercial clients throughout the Southern Counties.

The WoolSafe Organisation is an independent world-wide establishment dedicated to the promotion of quality care for wool and synthetic carpets through the use of tested and approved cleaning products. In the UK, WoolSafe Certified Operator accreditation is only open to the industry's top 150 cleaning businesses - testimony to our expertise and business ethics.

The National Carpet Cleaners Association (NCCA) is the only nationally recognised trade association dedicated to the safe and responsible cleaning of carpets and soft furnishings. We are current members of the NCCA and fully abide by their Code of Practice.

To become a 'Buy with Confidence' member, a business must first pass a set of background checks - including criminal records disclosure. Membership of the scheme is not given lightly - amongst other checks, good references are required from previous customers and applicants must agree to abide by the scheme's Code of Conduct, which requires them to follow the letter and spirit of the law.

Enhanced Disclosure :

This is the highest level of check available to anyone working in regulated activity with children or vulnerable adults. It is also available in certain licensing purposes and judicial appointments. Enhanced CRB checks contain the same information as the Standard Disclosure but with the addition of :

• Any relevant and proportionate information held by the local police forces.
• A check of the new Children and or Vulnerable Adults barred lists where requested.

We can give advice on product suitability and fitting, and have over 2000 carpet, vinyl and laminate samples in a full range of colours and styles to choose from in the comfort of your own home, or workplace.
