Q. Is your work guaranteed?
Yes - we are extremely proud of the quality of our workmanship. If you are not entirely
satisfied, we will ask to return and re-clean the area again, for free. If you are
still not completely happy, we will offer a refund of your money.
Q. Are you qualified?
We are also a
WoolSafe
Certified Operator. This means we have passed the stringent qualification
requirements and examinations of this worldwide organisation dedicated to the promotion
of quality care for wool and synthetic carpets and rugs.
Q. Can you provide references?
Yes - we could put you in touch with as many satisified clients as you wish. However
for Data Protection Act reasons, we can't publish their names or addresses.
Q. Do I have to remove all my furniture before you clean?
No - but it is always easier and quicker for us to clean a clear room. However we
do understand that this is not always going to be practical. We can move furniture
that does not require more than one person, and ask that you remove small objects
and breakables beforehand.
Q. Can you remove all stains?
No - unfortunately some stains can be permanent and therefore we cannot make any
guarantees that we can remove everything.
Most food and dye stains will come out during our normal cleaning process; however,
some of the more stubborn stains may require a specialist chemical spotting treatment
to deal with them.
Any chance of success at removing these types of stains can be diminished by DIY
home remedies that have already been tried before we are asked to deal with them!
