Q. Do I have to remove all my furniture before you clean?
No – we do not expect you to remove heavy furniture from the room. However, we request
that you do remove small objects and breakables beforehand.
Q. How long will my carpets take to dry?
There are a many factors to consider, the amount of soiling in the carpet, the length
of pile, the weather, the temperature in the property. Part of a professional carpet
cleaner's skill is to clean the carpets as thoroughly as possible and leave the
carpets as dry as possible. However with the latest equipment and methods we use
they should be dry in 1 to 4 hours.
Q. Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes – our minimum order charge starts from £75. However, the charge may be higher
depending on the location of the property - parking fee, and if applicable London
congestion charge may apply.
Q. Do you clean sisal, coir or natural carpet fibres?
Yes - we can clean natural plant fibre carpets and rugs. However, due to the risk
of damage from water these fibres can only be cleaned with limited results using
the dry compound cleaning system.
Q. Can you remove all stains?
No - we genuinely do have the very best and latest in carpet cleaning technology.
However, when it comes to removing stains it can be a very difficult and frustrating
process. Factors such as the nature of the stain, how long it has been left in the
carpet and what measures have already been taken before contacting us have to be
considered. Some stains (red wine, oil, blood, coffee and tea etc) are rarely completely
removed as they can destroy the fabric of the carpet on contact.
Q. Do you apply Scotchgard Carpet Protector?
Yes - we are fully trained to professionally apply this treatment in accordance
with the manufacturer’s instructions.
